- Professional Real Estate Photography & Virtual Tour – some homes you may see on the market do not have professional pictures or the pictures don’t reflect the home positively. That never happens with my listings as I pay a professional to take outstanding photos of your home.
- Open House – I will execute a well planned and advertised open house and deliver a detailed report to you on how many people came and all their feedback.
- Extensive Social Media Promotion – your home will be posted to dozens of home-searching sites and advertised on various social media where today’s buyer is looking.
- Full Color Marketing Brochures – since not every buyer goes online, I still provide flyers as many buyers like this “old school” marketing tool
- Follow-up to Every Showing – I will personally contact every agent who shows your home to solicit feedback and resolve any questions or concerns.
- Weekly Market Reports & Recommendations – you won’t be left behind after the sign goes in your yard. Each week I will update you
